So, Allah forbids strictly to pollute: air, water or destroy Nature.
Thus, He warns who pollutes the environment, and considers him as a spreader of mischief through the earth. For Allah loves not mischief: (Referring to the meanings of Holy Quran:Al-Baqarah: 205)

According to these instructions we can deduce the following:
- Everything that hurts the environment is absolutely forbidden, including atmosphere, air, water, plants, animals and the ground.
- People are obliged to protect nature from all harmful acts and destructive manners.
- Humanity should be concerned with all threats to health, to life and also to the human existence.
- Peoples should cooperate with each other to keep nature safe.

In conclusion:

The Protection of the Environment is necessarily known of the religion of Islam, as a great and sacred goal. This fact is inspired from the supreme purpose of the Holy Quran and the wise teachings of The Prophet (PBUH). Because their ultimate aim is to educate people how to get a good life.

Therefore, all the Islamic instructions recommend good doings towards everything in this world, either human or animal, as well as non-living things given a decent life could not be fulfilled in a polluted area.

Accordingly, the protection of environment is among divine rights, because He has ordered us to keep it safe, for human benefit, our benefit, for us all together!

Allah has said (what means): 
"Do not mischief on the earth, after it hath been set in order..."
