The Birthday of The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
The entire world is concerned about the birthday of the last Messenger Muhammad (PBUH) :
In the Islamic calendar, the 12th day of Rabi-al-Awwal (coincided this year with: 29th October 2020 ) marks the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him). (1)
Opinions differ as to whether the Milad Un-Nabi ( the birth of the Prephet PBUH-) should be a time of celebration.
There is evidence that the Prophet, his Companions, and the early followers after them did not celebrate or observe his birthday.
Those who disagree claim that although not practiced in the early years of Islam, the remembrance of the Prophet's birthday is a "good innovation."
They see it as a time to read the Qur'an, and remember the life, teachings, and example of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him). (2)
Indeed, because the teachings of the prophet (PBUH) are a sequel to the Holy Quran. They constitute a required clarification to reach its divine meanings, In view of the fact that The Holy Quran could not be understood and practiced (in the living), without the explanations of the prophet (PBUH).
The Holy Quran has given Him this authority, when Allah said:
" (We sent them) with Clear Signs and Scriptures and We have sent down unto thee (also) the Message; that thou mayest explain clearly to men what is sent for them, and that they may give thought. "

Therefore Muslims are ordered to follow and obey the prophet's teachings (PBUH) as well as the teachings of The Holy Quran.
Allah Has said what means:
" O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you. If ye differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if ye do believe in Allah and the Last Day: that is best, and most suitable for final determination. "

And said:
"… So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment."

But the message of Islam that The Prophet (PBUH) has brought from His Lord is universal addressed to all mankind, regardless of their ethnicity, color or time.
The Holy Quran Has mentioned this truth clearly when Allah said what means:
" We sent thee not, but as a mercy for all creatures."

Accordingly, the entire world is concerned to celebrate the birthday of the last messenger, who is the messenger of peace and who has ( imposed ) the principles of human rights.
It is He who has led mankind out off darkness to the light of Islam ; the light which has ( brightened ), since He was born (PBUH) till our current time, wherein humanity enjoys the benefits of goodness of Islam.
It was The Prophet of Islam who has enlightened the path of human civilization; therefore He should be the one who has the power to light the path to salvation, for men (Humanity).
Then, it is recommended to the worlds to celebrate His birthday by giving His message major interest, and by reassessing the wrong view toward the Islamic teachings.
It's time to ( reveal ) loudly that the prophet of Islam (PBUH) is the messenger to all humanity. All people in the world are concerned by his message; all of them are ordained by God to follow him. Because the word "men" in the following verse includes all of them.
Allah Has said what means:
" Say: "O men! I am sent unto you all, as the Messenger of Allah, to Whom belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth: there is no god but He: it is He that giveth both life and death. So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the unlettered Prophet, who believed in Allah and His Words: follow him that (so) ye may be guided." "

In conclusion:
The celebration of the Prophet's birthday means to revive his noble teachings in the hearts and mind. It is a global requirement.
